My Elephant is a very famous Thai restaurant, and you can hardly walk in without reservation cos it always full.

The food is nice, not the strong taste type of Thai food, but rather not that spicy, not very strong taste food, overall is nice.

After thai food dinner, we went the next block, try the famous crepe, it was nice too.

我們的第一次, 看3D digital電影... Avatar! 好棒哦! 雖然, 到後段, 耳朵有點疼了, 眼睛有點累了... 但是不失是一次非常好的經驗.....

哈哈! 這照片, 看不到什麼吧!! 太黑了!

然後, 我們也看了刺陵, 之後也大吃了一頓豐富的海鮮晚餐... 飽到不行..... 我們不能這樣大吃大喝了....決定了嗎? 哈哈! 聽了就算了!!

Today, got no mood to go out....just went to Jusco supermarket to get some stuff to cook, and a nice wine too.

累了，就把心事放下來

剛收到你傳給我的一封email, 寫著下面的一摘故事:

很多時候, 煩惱是自找的, 我都明白....但也正因為這樣, 我們是個"凡人"....

是要學習放下了....大家共勉之!

最近認識一位美國籍的出家師父，是個很有趣的事情。
特別是他叫我舉起蕃茄汁，跟他說話的經驗。
我們約在新竹的一家茶館，用英文談論著心經，
師父用英文跟我解釋因果、輪迴這些事情，這都還不稀奇。

有趣的事情在後頭呢！
師父一聽完我跟他提到～個人煩惱的時候，
他索性要我左手提起～他剛買的三罐番茄汁，
一邊提著，一邊跟他說話。
可想而知，我左手感覺到疲勞的程度，跟時間成了正比。
也懊惱著為何師父要我一邊提著三罐蕃茄汁，一邊跟他說話。
受不了這樣的酸楚，我自行把左手放下，
卻聽到師父跟我說：
「 Hold it up, and keep talking to me. 」

聽到這樣的話，心理不免起了疑心，
我手提的那麼酸，
為何不讓我放下手上的重物，輕鬆地與他對談？
約莫過了15分鐘，我的左手實在承受不住了，
才聽見師父跟我說：「Now you can put it down.」。
看著我狐疑的臉，師父居然笑了出來。

你不喜歡提著重物跟我說話， 為何你卻喜歡帶著煩惱，過著你的生活呢？

手酸了，放下就好，對待煩惱，不也是這樣？

或是這些煩惱，就像是那些番茄汁一樣，

是你自己用手把它們給舉起來的呢？」

有趣的經驗，對吧？
最近我開始這樣的練習，
一手舉起有重量的東西，一邊想著事情。
手酸了，自然會放下手上的東西，
看看有一天，我會不會也學到，心累了，就把心事給放下來。
我們能很容易的放下有形的重物，
卻很難放下無形的重擔。

7-8 Dec 2009 机车寻食记

这算是一份旅游日记，但不公开，只给你看得哦！因为啊。。。 这里有人认识我爸妈。。。费事烦啦。。。嘿嘿！

这一趟的旅程，可说是好坏参半。。第一次坐上机车（Kawasaki Er6n), 就到远处去。。加上下雨天。。 你可以想象吧？

这趟的旅程，真的很多的第一次。。。

路程中：

第一次，可以闻到草地的香味。
第一次，可以闻到雨水要来的味道。
第一次，经过榴莲档，可以闻到榴莲香。
第一次，可以不隔着车子，看到街边的景色，有山，有河，有湖，奇奇怪怪的树。
第一次，感觉到，风的强度， 可以把我吹得头都差不多脱掉。。（夸张法。。。）
第一次，头发被吹得打结，要用到treatment cream才可以解开。
第一次，被雨水打到痛。
第一次，被雨水淋到湿也感到开心。
第一次，被车子掀起的水，弄到鞋子裤脚也湿了。
第一次，闻到难闻的汽油味，breck皮的味道，路边咸鱼味，垃圾臭味。。等等等。。。
第一次，注意到，路边很多动物的尸体。
第一次，被昆虫撞到helmet镜子上。
第一次，坐到屁股痛，而且还腰酸背痛， 可能是不习惯吧！
第一次，到处找酒店，因为没有预约。。抵死吧！以为ipoh罢了，而且还是monday, 不用吧！看吧！活该！还是冒着雨找了差不多4家才找到！
第一次，坐车坐到汗流浃背， 样子头发乱七八糟！丑弊了！

种种的第一次，都是他给我的。。。。无论是好坏，这一次，我都觉得很值得。可能现在，你会说：你无药可救了。。 哈哈！放心！我知道什么是将来！你忘了吗？我已经三十岁了！Opps!

好！说回这个旅程，第一，我做了不错的食物寻找计划，都落空了，因为，我把地图跟资料，漏在车上没带。。 天才吧？那么我只好靠记忆跟我的电话GPS了。

第一个地方，我们要到 Tg. Tualang吃淡水大虾。他也蛮天才的，靠着记忆，还是两年多以前的，走走走。。。当然是走错路，U转的多罗。。转了蛮久，终于在下午2.30到达。哦。。忘了告诉你，我们可是10点钟，在Shah Alam出发的。。中间也停了蛮多站，因为很容易口渴，而且想上厕所。

好！终于到达了，你可以看到照片，我如愿的吃上大虾。。嘿嘿。。开心。
然后，差不多3点多，我们再出发，到Ipoh去，当然，也免不了sesat了几番。。哈哈！天才！没办法！

兜兜转转，我们差不多6点钟，才顺利，找到酒店，可以把湿了的裤子鞋子脱掉！哦！忘了告诉你，我们差不多到Ipoh的时候，就下起清膨大雨来。。还好过不久，就小雨了，不然，真的变成名副其实的落汤鸡！！

到了酒店，稍息一回，我们就去找吃了，凭着记忆力的名字＂老王豆芽鸡饭＂，然后出动了GPS, 原来只在几条街以外，所以我们用走的．到了那里，发现这家店没开．．真是他ＸＸＸＸ的．．oopps! 没办法，我们就到它家隔壁吃．．好多人哦．．他们８．３０pm已经宣告鸡卖完了，利害吧！我觉得鸡ma ma dei! 都是＂淋淋＂的，但是河粉和猪肉圆很好吃．．．

吃完过后，已经差不多１０点钟了，我们就走回酒店，经过大堂，有live band, 就去听听，再喝点小酒罗．．这么就一天了．．．

第二天，一早，本来Nizam要等朋友来，怎知道，他放飞机了．．我们就照原定计划，找到明阁点心来尝尝，超级爆棚．．．因为，富山没有开．．哈哈！它的点心，我觉得好吃过富山的，但是分量少了点，而且环境没这么优雅罗．．我们俩吃了RM31, 价钱还算不错啦．．

吃完了早点，已经差不多１１点了，回到饭店，收拾收拾，就骑车离开了．之后，我们到Bidor吃鸭汤, 云吞面,不错!鸭汤不大油,蛮清的..我记得之前有偿过,很油, 不喜欢...

就这样,我们的两天一夜游,就告一段落了...当然,回家途中,也免不了,下雨一番..哈哈!但是这次,已经习惯了,坐机车,也不会觉得像昨天那么累...是可以习惯的..

05122009 My Birthday Celebration

Today is a special day. First Me and Mimi went to celebrated our Birthday together as hers is on 7.

We went for a nice lunch in Fukuya, an authentic Japanese Restaurant. We choose a set lunch - but which we do not know what we getting. Weird ho? But the food is great and the amount of it is really filling. The photo below will show.. ha ha!

Then, after lunch, we went to Denish Wine, to have a bottle of wine, at the end we have 2+ bottle i think.. been drinking too much! in the afternoon wo.. :-p
Thanks to the guys, u do make my day, you r funny! and the lovely guitar music, singing, etc. Ohh! and thanks for the wine too!

After all the drunked time, I meeting Suzanne at night for dinner. We went to The Curve, Toni Roma's Restaurant. I have been thinking of trying this for long time, finally I got the chance. First with the Beef soup as starter, then the famous Beef rack, shrimp pasta, mocktails.... full full full!!!!!!!!!!!!!! then follow by a chit chat at Starbuck, coffee to wash off the meat taste in our mouth!!

This is the wonderful day I had... Happy Birthday Mimi, and thanks to all of you! You guys make my day!

This is MACP 20th Birthday too.. Happy Birthday lo.
The food is so so only, show not bad lo. Long time didnt hear Ajai singing, he is still good. Fransisca Peter voice is still really good....

03122009 Pre-BD Dinner With Zi Mui

Restaurant: 真不同 (粵菜)

Thanks all Zi Mui for the lovely dinner and "LOVELY" noted cake.... I had a good time. And food is yummy too.

The original plan is to have Korean food, unfortunately, when we arrive there, the first 2 row of shop having the electricity problem. There and then, we had to choose on another restaurant, and the food is not bad too.
