02072011 Kuala Selangor Lepak Trip

An outing specially arrange for my birthday girl Jac... is her first Firefly trip.

We departed afternoon, have a nice noodle in Batu Cave, then drive to K. Selangor using the new highway... wao~ very nice and straight road compare to the old road... and most important is free now.. ha ha....

First we went to Bukit Melawati, visit the silverleaf monkies.... then follow by fishing jetty, then seafood dinner, and most important, the firefly visit...

Today is a special no moon day, peace dark, and a lot a lot of firefly.. its is a very beautiful day.... ride on a quite boat, nobody talk on the boat, watching them all hanging on the tree.. like so many christmas tree along the river bank... wao~ amazing.....pretty~~~ love it..

07082010 Picnic @ Hulu Langat

A wonderful morning picnic session... early morning, I've boiled the soup and fried rice for it.. hmm! quite tired leh!

This time, our food for picnic:

Elaine - ABC Soup & Fried Rice
Javien - Fruits & Cheese Tart
Gillian - Sandwich

We did not walk deep into the waterfall area, cos kids are too small. We just went in, find a place to sit, and start playing in the shalow water.. the water is so cold, and fresh air too... its nice to hang out there...

This trip, I got a book for Janice too. "A Turtle Messenger" A good book for kids to learn all about turtle....

28-31 May 2010 Ipoh & Penang Cari Makan Trip - Day 4

今天, 是我們旅程的最後一天, 玩阿! 快樂的時光過得特別的快, 一眨眼, 就過去了.

我們起了個大早, 要拍日出, 可是, 天空不作美, 雲好多, 我們就隨便拍拍, 就收拾行李, 準備離開了.

然后，我们去找了那家昨天本想要吃的咖啡店，还好，有找到，咖啡，鸡蛋，面包，赞！赞！

本想到極樂寺去, 但是天暗暗的, 決定不去了. 駕著車, 離開檳城....

然後, 前往Tg. Tualang去吃淡水大蝦, 這是Suzanne的生日禮物, 你終於吃到了. 雖然不是我們手拿的那個大的, 因為要預定的, 下次吧!
過後, 我們從老闆娘那兒得知, Trenor 端洛是在不遠處, 它是初戀紅豆冰的拍攝村落, 決定到那兒跑一趟...到了那裡, 發現真的很小, 只有兩條街, 太陽正大, 我們拍拍, 就離開了. 那兒的村民, 覺得特奇怪, 乾麻有兩位奇怪的人來拍照.. 要問, 不敢問的. 好笑!

之後, 因為怕回KL的時候塞車 (因為預計回到 KL 6點鐘, 可是放工時間), 所以, 我們決定到安順(Teluk Intan)去吃出名的豬腸粉, 拍拍斜塔. 這斜塔怎麼看, 都不知道斜那個方向, 好! 決定自己拍個很斜的.. 哈哈.. 白癡!
然後, 找了一檔, 吃了雲吞面, 豬腸粉, 炒粿條.... 不錯也! 之後, 還帶走幾盒豬腸粉給家人當早餐....

是時後回家了, 載Suzanne回家, 我到家差不多9點鐘, 難免不了有點塞車, Haiz... KL嘛!

就這樣, 完成了我們4天3夜, 拍照找吃團.... 好relax, 吃得好爽哦..... 幾時能再這樣呢? 哈哈! 希望不會太久啦!

28-31 May 2010 Ipoh & Penang Cari Makan Trip - Day 3

早上起來, 9點鐘, 收拾行李, 準備跟Jason & Wife碰面, 環島游囉....

開始, 我們到Campbell Road, 本想吃生熟蛋, 跟烤麵包, 怎知道, 竟然沒有開門. 我們只好到附近的老字號-桃園吃點心去, 不錯也.

吃完了, 走走, 拍拍老街.. 然後, 就開始我們的環島游了.

之前, 很多地方都跑過了, 我們就決定到Tg, Bungah的Toy Museum走走去. 哇! 好多公仔哦. 但是, 排列得不整齊, 而且沒有任何的介紹, 有點失望, 他們能做得更好. 收費不便宜也, Malaysian收RM10, 外國人收RM20哦.

在這期間, 下起了雨, 到我們完成了參觀, 雨就停下來了, 天氣也比較涼快, 我們就繼續開車前往我們預定的海邊住宿 - Boomerang Hotel (Batu Ferringgi)

過了Park Royal酒店, 轉右, 我們就到達了, 雖然路牌不大清楚, 讓我們提著行李跑東跑西得, 但最後, 我們是找到了.. 踏著沙, 走到小小的reception, check in, 然後把行李放到房間裡面去.
房間是seaview的, 蠻美的, 躺在床上, 可以看見大海. 藍天白雲, 好漂亮. 這小型酒店, 是外國人在管理的, 懶懶洋洋的態度, 好有度假feel.

過不久, 我們又再出發了, 到Balik Pulau去, 吃榴槤跟有名的Asam Laksa, 荳蔻汁. 榴槤好正也! 我們吃的是604種, 味道不錯.

然後, 我們到檳成唯一的稻田區拍照.... 下雨也! 我們就隨便拍拍, 就跑回車上, 準備到Bukit Genting Thai Restaurant去了..

Bukit Genting, 是個小山坡, 可以看見漂亮的海灣線, 可惜, 是下雨天, 一片濛濛的, 看不到日落了. 但是, 那裡的泰國餐, 蠻不錯的, 特別是TomYam, 正!

吃完了, 我們就下山了, 經過路邊榴槤檔, 又停車, 再吃一番. 這次, 我們嚐了葫蘆, 紅蝦... 還是紅蝦好吃.....

就這樣, 我們完成了檳城環島游... 把Jason和太太載回jetty, 我們就駕車回到酒店去. 沖涼, 吹吹風, 談天, 就這樣, 睡著了.

明天, 是回去的時候了.....捨不得!

28-31 May 2010 Ipoh & Penang Cari Makan Trip - Day 2

第二天，　我們決定睡到自然醒．．．　哈哈！　也不過是１０點鐘．．可能是老了吧，　睡不久．

收拾了行李，　我們就check out, 駕車到怡保舊街場去．．離上次阿Sam帶我去，　應該有差不多兩年了吧．．一直都沒去過．　想念那裡的味道．

我們去那家－新源隆茶室, 吃了好好吃的雞蛋烤麵包，上面，　放了兩顆半生熟蛋，　超級棒！　然後，　鴛鴦茶，　白咖啡，　客家面，　Nasi Lemak, 牛肉湯，　牛油加央烤麵包，　煎堆，　等等．．　好多吧？

吃了飽飽的，　我們就出發到檳城去了．．

到了檳城，　首先，　我們去參觀了著名的蛇廟，　就在今天，　重新開張．之前聽說是裝修呢．　這是我第一次到蛇廟，　沒有想像的多蛇．　我不怕，　但是Suzanne就怕得不得了．．哈哈！　超搞笑的．
過後，　我們就到Chew Jetty Homestay check in 去．．．好特別吧！　第一次，　嘗試住在Jetty上，　水上人家，　木屋，　廁所是原空的，　在裡面做什麼事，　都會到大海哦．．　好原始吧？

走走，　拍拍，　我們就再出發，　回到Juru, 找Jason去，　他和太太會帶我們到Bukit Tambun吃海鮮．．　好出名的喔！　先謝謝Jason & Wife 的陪伴．．．

我們到了Jason家，　就坐一輛車，　到Bukit Tambun 義成海鮮樓去吃．．．一進門，　我們就看見了鱉．．我只有在電視看見過．．沒想到，　這裡也有．
我們叫了好多食物，　酸甜炒蟹，　清蒸魔鬼魚，　Kerabu鱉，　姜蒸帶子，　清蒸賴尿蝦，　刺螺，　沙爹，　咸魚炒米粉．．．多吧？？

第一次嘗試焗鱉，　其實，　它沒有肉可以吃，　只有蛋，　咸咸的．．我只嚐嚐味道．　可憐Jason, 嗑完整盤．．然後就是刺螺，　不錯吃．．．我們一共吃了百多元，　很便宜喔！

之後，　就到Jason家，　談天說地去．．　談得不知道夜黑，　很快的，　已經到了１１．３０晚上，　我們就趕快會到檳城去了．．．還走錯路呢．．．　哈哈！

回到jetty, 已經是半夜也，　趕快洗澡，　然後拍拍晚上的屋外景色，　就去睡覺了．．　可憐的我，　睡不著啦，　床太硬了，　枕頭太扁．．就這樣，　轉阿轉，　就到天亮了．．

明早，　我們就要去檳城環島遊了！

28-31 May 2010 Ipoh & Penang Cari Makan Trip - Day 1

因為怡保的曬大佛, 我們倆就乘機, 排了幾天找吃團, 說什麼團?? 哈哈... 只有我們兩個人而已........專門找好吃的..

怡保和檳城, 是著名的美食天堂, 我們也找了蠻多的資料, 謝謝阿Sam介紹的怡保美食, 跟Jason的檳城美食..... 我們吃到不能停下來..... 又是時候要減肥了.. 天阿!

這趟的旅程, 我們走了1211 KM......

KL - Ipoh - Tambun - Ipoh - Penang - Tg Tualang - Tronor - Teluk Intan - KL

暈頭了吧? 我的照片, 會一天一天的介紹..... 放心! 哈哈!

加上買手信的錢, 一人花了RM600上下, 蠻划算的!

好! 找吃團出發!

28號一早6點鐘, 接了 Suzanne, 本來說要找一檔Kepong魚丸粉吃的, 怎知道, 還沒開, 太早了啦..... 沒辦法, 我們就到了麥記, 先填飽肚子, 才出發到怡保.

到了怡保, 大概9點鐘, 我們先到萬里望 (Menglembu), 找到了有名的海南包 - 財安園茶室, 吃了它的加央糯米飯, 海南菜包, 叉燒包, 雲吞, 水餃, 鴛鴦茶......它的包子, 面皮好Q, 嚼起來, 很不錯.... 加央糯米飯我個人覺得太甜了...(我的意見不中肯, 因為我不是甜食的愛好者...)

之後, 我們就到了Tambun參加曬大佛儀式....

差不多2點了, 肚子好餓.... 我們趕緊到怡保的Excelsior Hotel check in, 然後就走路去找吃的...

首先, 我們到奇峰豆花店, 一吃, 不得了... 太滑, 好香... 我可吃了兩碗, 然後再帶走兩碗呢! 然後, 我們到對面的達成鹽焗雞, 帶走了一只.... 就趕緊回到酒店大嗑去! 鹽焗雞不太咸, 剛剛好.....豆花, 豆漿好好喝, 但是實在是太貪心了, 豆花都吃不完!!!

吃得好飽, 然後決定到極樂洞拍照去.......洞里面好美...從1970年開始的....
拍了一會兒, 就回飯店洗澡休息一會兒, 就再出發吃晚餐去....

本想嚐嚐高溫街的雞, 但是沒開門, 不曉得, 是否跟它無緣, 每次都吃不到.. 然後, 我們就到安記吃.... 好多人, 東西不錯吃!!

就這樣, 就過了一天了....

明天, 我們會出發到怡保舊街場, 然後到檳城了....

7-8 Dec 2009 机车寻食记

这算是一份旅游日记，但不公开，只给你看得哦！因为啊。。。 这里有人认识我爸妈。。。费事烦啦。。。嘿嘿！

这一趟的旅程，可说是好坏参半。。第一次坐上机车（Kawasaki Er6n), 就到远处去。。加上下雨天。。 你可以想象吧？

这趟的旅程，真的很多的第一次。。。

路程中：

第一次，可以闻到草地的香味。
第一次，可以闻到雨水要来的味道。
第一次，经过榴莲档，可以闻到榴莲香。
第一次，可以不隔着车子，看到街边的景色，有山，有河，有湖，奇奇怪怪的树。
第一次，感觉到，风的强度， 可以把我吹得头都差不多脱掉。。（夸张法。。。）
第一次，头发被吹得打结，要用到treatment cream才可以解开。
第一次，被雨水打到痛。
第一次，被雨水淋到湿也感到开心。
第一次，被车子掀起的水，弄到鞋子裤脚也湿了。
第一次，闻到难闻的汽油味，breck皮的味道，路边咸鱼味，垃圾臭味。。等等等。。。
第一次，注意到，路边很多动物的尸体。
第一次，被昆虫撞到helmet镜子上。
第一次，坐到屁股痛，而且还腰酸背痛， 可能是不习惯吧！
第一次，到处找酒店，因为没有预约。。抵死吧！以为ipoh罢了，而且还是monday, 不用吧！看吧！活该！还是冒着雨找了差不多4家才找到！
第一次，坐车坐到汗流浃背， 样子头发乱七八糟！丑弊了！

种种的第一次，都是他给我的。。。。无论是好坏，这一次，我都觉得很值得。可能现在，你会说：你无药可救了。。 哈哈！放心！我知道什么是将来！你忘了吗？我已经三十岁了！Opps!

好！说回这个旅程，第一，我做了不错的食物寻找计划，都落空了，因为，我把地图跟资料，漏在车上没带。。 天才吧？那么我只好靠记忆跟我的电话GPS了。

第一个地方，我们要到 Tg. Tualang吃淡水大虾。他也蛮天才的，靠着记忆，还是两年多以前的，走走走。。。当然是走错路，U转的多罗。。转了蛮久，终于在下午2.30到达。哦。。忘了告诉你，我们可是10点钟，在Shah Alam出发的。。中间也停了蛮多站，因为很容易口渴，而且想上厕所。

好！终于到达了，你可以看到照片，我如愿的吃上大虾。。嘿嘿。。开心。
然后，差不多3点多，我们再出发，到Ipoh去，当然，也免不了sesat了几番。。哈哈！天才！没办法！

兜兜转转，我们差不多6点钟，才顺利，找到酒店，可以把湿了的裤子鞋子脱掉！哦！忘了告诉你，我们差不多到Ipoh的时候，就下起清膨大雨来。。还好过不久，就小雨了，不然，真的变成名副其实的落汤鸡！！

到了酒店，稍息一回，我们就去找吃了，凭着记忆力的名字＂老王豆芽鸡饭＂，然后出动了GPS, 原来只在几条街以外，所以我们用走的．到了那里，发现这家店没开．．真是他ＸＸＸＸ的．．oopps! 没办法，我们就到它家隔壁吃．．好多人哦．．他们８．３０pm已经宣告鸡卖完了，利害吧！我觉得鸡ma ma dei! 都是＂淋淋＂的，但是河粉和猪肉圆很好吃．．．

吃完过后，已经差不多１０点钟了，我们就走回酒店，经过大堂，有live band, 就去听听，再喝点小酒罗．．这么就一天了．．．

第二天，一早，本来Nizam要等朋友来，怎知道，他放飞机了．．我们就照原定计划，找到明阁点心来尝尝，超级爆棚．．．因为，富山没有开．．哈哈！它的点心，我觉得好吃过富山的，但是分量少了点，而且环境没这么优雅罗．．我们俩吃了RM31, 价钱还算不错啦．．

吃完了早点，已经差不多１１点了，回到饭店，收拾收拾，就骑车离开了．之后，我们到Bidor吃鸭汤, 云吞面,不错!鸭汤不大油,蛮清的..我记得之前有偿过,很油, 不喜欢...

就这样,我们的两天一夜游,就告一段落了...当然,回家途中,也免不了,下雨一番..哈哈!但是这次,已经习惯了,坐机车,也不会觉得像昨天那么累...是可以习惯的..

21-22 Nov 2009 Ipoh-Penang Family Trip

KL - Ipoh - Sg Siput - Penang - Simpang Ampat - KL

This is a time, when our family gather together to go and visit my grandpa tomb and also the time, all families gathered together and plan for a short trip.

We went to Ipoh to have breakfast, and go Sg Siput to visit my grand-pa, then folowed by Penang a night stay.

When we arrive at Penang, already 3+pm, check in to Berjaya George Town.. wao! crowed like hell, and all fully booked. The following sunday, is the International Penang Marathon, alot of plp is there...! We wanna have more room also cant get it. Anyway, we squeeze ourself into 4 rooms... The service are quite bad, we request for hair dryer and pillow, also never get to us... maybe due to fully booked?? but is still a 4* hotel.... speechless....

Then, we drive to Penang Hill, went up... very windy and cooling! We just walk around, have some makan, and have our crazy photo shoot, then went down hill.. and which is about dinner time. We drive all the way to Gurney drive, have the famous local food there... the food there is ok, the best is the "Ho Jian"....We really ate alot there! After that, we all get back to the hotel, chit chat in the room and called it a night!

Sunday, we wake up around 8+am, checkout, go for breakfast, then went to Batu Ferringi. Some of us tried the Parrashut game,jetski... etc. They all have fun, and the adult is sitting next to the beach, enjoying their coconut, and Me??? what else, chasing everyone to take photo lol..... tired tired!!

After the beach activity, is time to leave the island, and we choose to go by feri. Then follow by the Simpang Ampat seafood lunch, and that it.

We all really have fun and I feel there are a lot of change for the uncle aunty! all become very crazy and funny! Thats a good sign!!

At the end of the trip, we already start to plan the next trip! ha ha! So, now you can start to enjoy the crazy photo taken by me! hei hei!

After a few days of raining, we had a wonderful sunrise this morning.

20092009 FRIM Walking (Tmn Ehsan Entrance)

These few days has been raining too much, today, when I went to Suzanne's house, it start to rain as well. Then we went for Breakfast - Dim Sum at Damansara Jaya, quite nice.....

After the rain stop, we went for a walk in FRIM, this is not a famous entrance of FRIM. We just have a walk and simply take some photo...

After around 1 plus hours, we went for a drinks in Paparich in Kepong. That it for half a day..... Great morning..!

Jogging Today!

Today late afternoon went jogging in the park with Natalie, and my parent... have fun and sweat out! Nice!

最近, 一直在想辦法, 有什麼運動, 不用花錢, 又可以很健康的呢?

我不是一個能早起的人, 應該說很懶吧... 哈哈....朋友建議說, 不如去晨跑吧! 健康, 空氣清新.... 我也想, 我能起來嗎??

今天, 我還是起了個大早 (Suzanne還特意傳我簡訊，　怕我起不來．．．　哈哈．．　謝謝哦．．）來到這個新建的公園，　在家附近．．　看看是否有人這麼早來跑步，　怎知道．．　原來很多人拉．．　還害怕危險呢！　嘿嘿．．　我就自己一個人，　走走，　還用手機拍了些照片．．　

感覺很不賴！　希望能做到每天起床晨跑囉．．．　加油！

 

09082009 Sungai Klah HotSpring Fun

This is our second time re-visit to this hotspring. First time, its a public holiday and its too pack, we just got the chance to dip our foot into hotspring.. This time, everything is good... We went with Natalie's family.. and Suzanne Family... (no pix with them.... only one with Suzanne' s Mom, Suzanne??? watching the bag... wa ha ha! next time we go again la! haiz.......)

We reach there around 12pm, and started with cold spring pool.... it is wonderful... the water splash really take away all my tiredness and soreness.... it is really relaxing.. and my parent really love it very much! then after that will be the hotspring, due to the hot weather, we cant really stand it.. not long after that, we dip ourself back to cold pool.... ha ha! Hotspring in Malaysia? maybe not that possible! ha ha!

I will say, the management of the spring pool is good. Really worth for RM10 entrance fee. Good! I will definately go back again!

17th May 2009 Jalan Jalan & Cari Makan @ Tg. Sepat

This is our first trip to Tanjung Sepat... sorry guys for so many U Turn we have made.... i also dont know the road... (its also can tell that the signboard in malaysia is pretty bad.... so sad)

We had actually acheive our target:

1. We had our Seafood bat Kut Teh breakfast - 亞福海鮮肉骨茶 (same roll of Hong Leong Bank, next to a temple, open til 11am only)

2. THE PAO for Tea! (The pao really really nice, we want to tabao, but its finish.. if you want to buy many, pls book in advance. Tel: 012-2729009 - Hai Yew Heng 海友興包點)

3. And seafood lunch at the end.... 海灣海鮮舫 (Baywatch Seafood Restaurant)

Besides the makan, we also went to visit the:

1. 人工手炒咖啡廠 (hand make coffee factory) - 裕發咖啡
2. 靈芝廠 (ling zhi factory) --- 寶芝林
3. Potato Chips factory ---家庭製土產
4. Morib Beach

I guess we had a good time.. except the weather are really hot... (Sam said: 真的熱得溶了再溶).....but better than raining isnt?
